Tiny Babies reserves the right to amend, update and add/delete portions pertaining to information stated on the website from time to time, without prior notice. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made.
TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Tiny Babies warrants that all goods supplied to customers are as described on this website. If goods received are not as described, the purchase price and original delivery cost will be refunded provided the goods are returned to Tiny Babies in their original condition, within 7 days of receipt.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability. We will not be held responsible for any delivery delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure. Please see our delivery section for more information on delivery times and costs. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A purchase contract of goods will only be formed once your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your bank account, credit or debit card or PayPal account.
We will deliver the products ordered by you to your stated delivery address. If any of these delivery address details are incorrect, we are not liable for any items, which have not been received. You may specify a delivery address, which is different from your billing address, at time of checkout.
For international orders, we are able to post to overseas addresses but this would be subject to additional postage and custom charges. Please contact us for more details on the overseas postal charges.
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund you in full. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the “Total Cost” before placing the order. The service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.
We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out of date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms or return policies. Should we refuse to fill any order you have placed, all monies paid would be refunded to you in full.
All our website prices in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the “Total Cost” before placing the order.

PRODUCT LOSS AND CANCELLATIONS

We will happily replace, exchange, or issue a credit or refund depending on the extent of the damage and how you wish to resolve the issue. We will require photos so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product. We will not be able to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that has been dispatched for more than 30 days. Please note that shipping charges will apply to send the replacement item.
Please check your order on screen at the checkout stage and the confirmation email as we cannot refund products which have been embroidered with misspellings or incorrect details such as names or dates.
Due to the nature of personalised products we cannot accept customer cancellations to orders as they are customised to your specifications.

Promotional codes provided to you by tinybabies.com.sg will be subject to the value, exclusions and limitations, and may be valid for limited periods. To qualify for the offer, the order must be placed before the advertised expiration date.
Our promotional offers are only valid on Tiny Babies website.
Type the Promotional Code into the promotional code field in the check-out section of the Site.
Click the validate button and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of your qualifying purchase.
If you fail to enter the Promotional Code at the time of purchase as specified above, your purchase will not be eligible for the discount.
Discounts may not be claimed after you have confirmed your purchase on the Site.
