Welcome to Tiny Babies Terms and Conditions.
By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions that govern your use of our Website. Tiny Babies reserves the right to amend, update and add/delete portions pertaining to information stated on the website from time to time, without prior notice. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, sadly you may not continue to use our Website. These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers of the Website.
An order is placed only after you checkout and successfully make payment for your purchases. Upon successful submission of your online order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order reference number and order details.
You will also receive a Transaction Confirmation email from Paypal when your credit card has been charged (if you choose this payment option).
Once your order has been verified, processed and shipped, you will receive another email with further details. All products remain the ownership of Tiny Babies until full payment is received.
Change of the order or cancellation
Once the order is confirmed and shipped to you, Tiny Babies does not entertain any cancellations. However, you can change or cancel your order if product(s) have not been shipped yet. Please e-mail us your request and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
What’s more, if an order is cancelled due to the unavailability of products or our inability to deliver the products within the agreed time frame, the full amount paid will be refunded.
The process of ordering
There are few steps to order the product(s):
- Select the desire item(s) from the top menu bar on “Homepage” section of the website. Choose size and/or colour and quantity.
- Add to cart and select “Continue shopping” or “Proceed to checkout”
You can always review your cart in the right corner of the top menu. If the item(s) is out of stock, don’t worry, you can add it to your “wishlist” and contact us at email@example.com to check of the next stock arrival.
- Proceed to purchase/sign in
Once your order is finalized, please register (if you are a first time customer) or log in (if you are a repeat customer) to complete your order.
- The confirmation of your order
Review your order carefully and choose shipping and payment options. You can add “coupon” to enjoy further discount(s).
- The completion of the requested order(s)
You will receive an email with order details and the note that “the order is being processed”. After the items have been shipped, you will receive another email with a note that “your items have been shipped”. If you have chosen a delivery option which has a tracking number, it will be also be mentioned in this e-mail.

All payments are to be made in Singapore dollars (SGD)
There are few ways of payment:
Ensures transaction security and integrity through the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. You can pay with all major cards (VISA, MasterCard and AMEX) even if you don’t have a PayPal account).
Direct Bank Transfer
We accept internet bank transfer (POSB).
After placing an order, you will receive an email with our bank details. Please make your payment directly into our bank account and use your Order ID as the payment reference. Please note that your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. We will send an acknowledgment email to you when product is shipped.
Please make a payment within 24 hours of your order placing.
Once you have made the bank transfer, please provide the payment transfer reference number (or screenshot of your transfer for verification purposes) as well as Order Invoice ID and email it to email@example.com
We will process your order upon receipt of your payment confirmation, otherwise it will be cancelled.
We will process your order within 24-48 hours (except Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore Public Holidays) upon receipt of payment. For personalised or custom made items, please allow a longer order processing time.

LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment. For personalised or custom made items, please allow a longer delivery time. Dispatch times are clearly displayed on each product page.

The shipment will be made within 2-5 working days after the order has been processed.
Delivery by post
We offer FREE SHIPPING within Singapore by normal mail (not registered).
We highly recommend you to choose the registered mail shipping option at an additional charge of S$3.00. It is a safe option as tracking number will be provided.

For customers who choose an unregistered mail, we are unable to track your item(s) and are therefore unable to give reasons as to why your purchase(s) is delayed in getting to you. We will also NOT be held responsible for non-delivery of items as customers choosing unregistered mail do so at their own risk.
All items are posted with a return address and therefore should there be a problem with delivery, your purchase will come back to us. Costs for re-delivery will be borne by Tiny Babies if the problem arose on our end. Costs for re-delivery will be borne by you, the customer, if the wrong delivery address was provided.
We use only dynamic and responsive courier service providers in Singapore which provide excellent customer service and professional commitment to our customers.
Please provide the recipient contact number and the preferred delivery time during checkout in the special notes.

Please note that no Deliveries on Sunday or Public Holidays. No delivery to the following locations: Changi Air Freight Centre, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Point, PSA Terminal Wharves-Tanjong Pagar/Pasir Panjang/Sembawang and Sentosa.Rates are non-applicable for Two-way standard delivery.
Direct Delivery to Singapore Hospitals
We can deliver a parcel to the hospital, isn’t it great? Please provide full details, including name of the hospital, ward and room number and ensure the recipient will be there on the scheduled delivery time.
The delivery to Singapore Hospitals can be arranged the same* or the following day during weekdays (except Sundays and Singapore Public Holidays) from 9am to 6pm after receiving the payment.

We are happy to deliver our products overseas via Singapore Post.

We will send your item(s) by Speedpost Air parcel with the tracking number. All cost must be confirmed before placing an order with us.
Generally, all orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days upon receipt of payment and usually will arrive within 4-20 working days (depends on the location) after the shipment has been made.
Duties & Taxes
Payment for any customs, tax or duty charges must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Non-payment of these may cause a delay to your delivery.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want our clients be completely satisfied with every item that is purchased online from www.tinybabies.com.sg.
If for some reason you are unhappy with our products, don’t worry!
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days after receiving a parcel and write the reason for the requested exchange/refund and we will be happy to assist you!
Once Tiny Babies has received your written request of item exchange or refund, we will contact you within 2-3 working days with further instructions. We are not able to accept blind returns. Please allow 5-7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for proper credit, as it will take time before the refund appears on your card. Tiny Babies reserves the right to refuse any returns upon final review if all above guidelines have not been met.
Products not eligible for a return or exchange include:
- Personalised items that are specially made or ordered, with specific name
- Personalised hand-made items
- Personalised books
- Diaper cakes
All exchanges/refunds must be accompanied by the original sales invoice (electronic version) and, in the original packaging with all the merchandise tags attached, and in their original condition.
Please note that shipping & handling charges are not refundable and any further charges incurred upon the return of merchandise will be borne by the customer. As we cannot take responsibility for loss of, or damage to, items sent back to us, please ensure that merchandise is properly packaged and insured (We recommend using a registered delivery service).
Should you wish to exchange for a completely different item, please note the exchange item should be of a price equal to or higher than the original item that you are returning (top-up will be required), or alternatively, an item of lower value but with no return or refund of difference in cost.
We offer a refund or exchange soonest possible subject to stock availability*.
* Most infant clothes are kept to a low quantity order and some, such as Tiny Babies’s in-house products, are one-of-a-kind.
Promotional codes provided to you by tinybabies.com.sg will be subject to the value, exclusions and limitations as notified at the time of delivery, and may be valid for limited periods.
The Promotional Code is valid only for qualifying purchases made on the Site. A qualifying purchase means the purchase of the specified product or products in accordance with the conditions notified to you at the time you were provided with the Promo Code. A Promotional Code may only be used once per qualifying transaction and is applied to the transaction as a whole.
To redeem the Promotional Code, you simply type the Promotional Code into the promotional code field in the check-out section of the Site, click the validate button and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of your qualifying purchase. If you fail to enter the Promotional Code at the time of purchase as specified above, your purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after you have confirmed your purchase on the Site.
You may not redeem or exchange the Promotional Code or applicable discount for cash. You may not use or combine the Promotional Code with any other promotions unless permitted.

From time to time we may alter the Websites Terms & Conditions. You will always be able to review the most current version of the Terms & Conditions at any time on this page.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Our commitment to your privacy
At Tiny Babies, we understand that your personal details are private and confidential and we respect that. Your contact information, including your email address, telephone number or anything else we request of you, will not be disclosed, shared, transferred, sold or rented to any third party without your prior consent, unless absolutely necessary in compliance with the applicable laws or in legal proceedings.
The information we collect is used to fill orders, to contact you if we have questions, and to send you email with updates, special offers and promotions. If you don’t wish to receive any emails from us, please email at email@example.com with “unsubscribe” in the title and we will remove your email address from our emailing list.
To ensure the highest possible level of security, your personal information including credit card data is transmitted using PayPal. All your credit card details are kept secure and private by PayPal and will not be revealed to us at any point.
